Not one day goes by when commuters travelling on either of the lines i.e. Western, Central or Harbour complain of delayed trains.
On Thursday, commuters travelling on WR faced a technical snag and were having a horrible time when another technical snag happened on harbour line between Mansarovar and Khandeshwar around 12:35 pm where an overhead wire broke. Due to this, Panvel-bound locals were suspended and 15 locals were cancelled.
Due to the technical snag, locals got stranded on tracks and around 12:50 pm overhead wire was repaired. Meanwhile, Belapur to Panvel locals was suspended. Along with this, a power block was carried out on harbour line.
Commuters suffered for half an hour where some of them took roadways to reach office. Though the railways repaired the technical snag, it affected the locals which are still running late.
