The BEST initiative has provided the facility to passengers to pay fares digitally through 'BEST Chalo App' and 'BEST Chalo Smartcard'. Passengers using this option will be given first entry in BEST buses. This facility will be available from March 1. However, due to this facility, passengers who do not use digital media will be inconvenienced, and there are talks among the passengers about whether these passengers will be given secondary treatment by BEST.
The passengers will have to pay the fare through their mobiles through 'Best Chalo App' or 'Best Chalo Smartcard' to avail the facility of first entry to the BEST bus. The BEST believes this initiative will ensure that passengers will not face the problem of change in terms of money due to digital fare collection.
In order to spread and use the digital mode on a large scale, additional facilities will be provided to passengers travelling in BEST buses from March 1. Under this, passengers using 'Best Chalo App' or 'Best Chalo Smart Card' will be given priority entry in buses of BEST initiative. Especially at the starting bus stop, such passengers will have the first entry facility. Along with the facility of online recharge, the facility of recharge from the bus carrier has also been made available. The BEST initiative has appealed to the passengers travelling in the buses of the BEST initiative to make maximum use of the digital facilities of 'Best Chalo App' or 'Best Chalo Smart Card' provided by the BEST initiative.
