Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) will consider the transport problem faced by the employees working near the local areas of Maharashtra and Mumbai. The bad roads have always been a major concern along with that condition of ST buses.
If in any case ST bus gets punctured or there is a technical fault, other bus takes too much time to arrive on the spot and drop the commuters safely to their destination on time. A GR has ben issued in order to regulate the functioning of ST bus.
A bus and a technical person will be on duty from 12 am - 9 am. They have to reach on time in case of the problem, if the careless attitude is observed then technician and management will be held accountable.
