Routine maintenance on April 9 and 10 at CSIA may lead to change in the flight schedule between 11:00AM and 5:00PM.

If you are Flying out of Mumbai on April 9 and 10, then you need be sure to check the flight schedules as there might be some delay you could face in the schedule.

As per reports, flights to and from Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai will be affected from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on April 9 and 10, as a routine maintenance exercise is underway clearing the rubber deposits from the main runway in a pre-monsoon maintenance. You are advised to check with your airlines before arriving at the airport to minimise inconvenience. Further it is said that both incoming and outgoing flights in and to Mumbai will be affected as a result of this procedure.

CSIA, Mumbai holds a record for handling more than 900 flights a day in a single runway operation.
