In order to carry out maintenance work on railway tracks, the jumbo block will be carried out on Western Railway and Mega Block on Harbour Railway on 12 March. This weekend, Central Railway passengers can heave a sigh of relief as there will be no mega block on CR.
Western Railway
- No trains will run on the route from Goregaon to Borivali from 10.35 am to 3.35 pm.
- Fast locals will be diverted on the slow route.
- Locals which will leave Borivali will run from 1,2,3,7 and 8 platforms.
- Long distance trains will run on the slow route in between Goregaon and Andheri.
- Few trains will be canceled on up and down the route.
Harbour Railway
- The Mega block will be carried out from 11.10 am to 4.10 pm between Kurla to Vashi stations.
- No up and down locals will run between CST to Panvel, Belapur, and Vashi from 10.35 to 3.37 pm.
- Special local will run between CST to Kurla and Vashi to Panvel.
- Passengers will be able to travel on the main line and trans harbor line from 10 am to 4 pm
