The Central Railway (CR) to carry a mega block in harbour line and main line on Sunday for the maintenance work and track monitoring and Western Railway (WR) to carry out a jumbo block on western line on Sunday.
Central Railway
The Up fast services leaving Thane from 10:59 am to 4:20 pm will be diverted on Up slow line between Mulund and Parel stations which will halt at all stations and will be further re-diverted on Up the fast line between Parel and CSMT. Whereas, Down fast services leaving CSM from 10:08 am to 2:42 pm will halt at Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Bhandup and Mulund stations. These trains will run late by 15 minutes.
Harbour Line
The Up harbour line services towards CSMT leaving Belapur from 11:14 am to 04:15 pm and the Down harbour line services to Vashi/Belapur/Panvel leaving Nerul from 11:01 am to 4:26 pm will be suspended.
The Up Panvel to Thane, Trans- Harbour line services leaving Panvel from 11:04 am to 3:53 pm and down Thane to Panvel leaving Nerul from 11:42 am to 4:04 pm will remain suspended between Panvel and Nerul during the block period. Panvel – Andheri locals will also remain suspended during the block period. However, special local trains will run on CSMT Mumbai to Nerul and Thane to Nerul sections during the block period.
Western Line
A Jumbo block will be taken on Up and Down slow lines from 10:35 am to 15:35 pm on Sunday, 6th August, 2017 between Churchgate and Mumbai Central (Local) stations for maintenance of track, signaling and overhead equipment. During the block, all slow line trains will be diverted on fast lines between Churchgate and Mumbai Central. Due to this, some Up and Down local trains will remain cancelled.
