The BEST bus will run from Sewri to Nhava Sheva Sagari Setu or 'Atal Setu' from Thursday. A new air-conditioned premium bus service connecting the World Trade Center and Konkan Bhavan, bus route number S-145 will be launched. So this bus will be beneficial for passengers traveling between South Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
Passengers demanded that the service of BEST should be started from Atal Setu. It was accepted by the BEST administration. Accordingly, it has been decided to start this premium bus service from Thursday. This service will be available from Monday to Saturday. A new option for transportation has been created for daily commuters. This bus is connected to important places like the World Trade Center, Yashwantrao Chavan Center and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (GPO).
Initially, two air-conditioned buses will be operated on this route. which will provide comfortable and air-conditioned service to the passengers. An official of the BEST initiative said that these trips will be conducted during the morning and evening rush hours, which will reduce the pressure on other transport systems.
Such shall be the fare
World Trade Center to Konkan Bhavan, CBD Belapur passenger fare will be INR 225. The minimum fare of this bus will be INR 50 and the maximum fare will be INR 225. The fare from Konkan Bhavan to CSMT (GPO) will be INR 200.
Reservation facility through the app
The premium bus service aims to cover the distance between the two business centers in 100 minutes. Premium bus services can be booked and traveled through the app.
