Mumbai Metro on Monday, November 28, announced to extend its operating hours starting with immediate effect.
Taking it to Twitter, Mumbai Metro One train service would be extended beginning Monday, November 28.
According to an official statement released by the Mumbai Metro, it stated that starting today, the first metro train will leave at 5.30 am, and the last metro train will leave at 11.20 pm.

The first train will leave Versova and Ghatkopar at 05:30 am. The final train from Versova departs at 11:20 pm, while the last train from Ghatkopar departs at 11:45 pm.
It further stated that the headway between each train on weekdays (Monday to Friday) is 3.5 minutes during peak hours and gradually increases to 8 minutes during non-peak hours. Meanwhile, on Saturdays, Sundays & Public holidays, the metro officials follow a different schedule depending on commuter footfall.
Meanwhile, Mumbai Metro One has launched its self-service WhatsApp eTicketing on November 24, 2022. With this, commuters can now book from anywhere, anytime. The 'no-radius' booking enables one to book tickets from the confines of their home.
