Kurla- Local trains on the harbour line have been running late due to a rail fracture that developed on the down track between the Chunabhatti and Kurla railway stations this morning. Chaos reigned at the stations and trains have been running around 10 to 15 minutes late. Repair works have been going on for over five hours now. GRP and RPF personnel have been roped in to ensure additional security and to prevent untoward incidents on the route.
