For the convenience of passengers and to clear the extra rush of passenger traffic, Western Railways (WR) has decided to run Superfast Special trains on Special Fare from Bandra Terminus to Ahmedabad and from Ahmedabad to Mumbai Central.
According to a press release issued by Sumit Thakur, Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, the details of these trains are as under:
1.Train No. 09141 Bandra Terminus – Ahmedabad Superfast Special
Train No. 09141 Bandra Terminus – Ahmedabad Superfast Special will depart from Bandra Terminus at 05.30 hrs on Saturday, 14th January, 2023 and will reach Ahmedabad at 14.10 hrs, the same day. Enroute this train will halt at Borivali, Surat & Vadodara stations. This train comprises of AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches.
2. Train No. 09414 Ahmedabad – Mumbai Central Superfast Special
Train No. 09414 Ahmedabad – Mumbai Central Superfast Special will depart from Ahmedabad at 06:00 hrs on Sunday, 15th January, 2023 and will arrive Mumbai Central at 12.55 hrs, the same day. Enroute this train will halt at Vadodara, Surat, Vapi & Borivali stations. This train comprises of AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches.
The booking for Train No. 09141 and09414 will open from January 13, 2023 at all PRS Counters and on the IRCTC website. For detailed information regarding timings of halts and composition, passengers may please visit www.enquiry.indianrail.gov.in.
In addition to this, for the convenience & benefit of passengers, Western Railway is increasing the frequency of Train No. 20925/20926 Surat – Amravati Express from Bi-Weekly to Tri-Weekly services.
Train No. 20925 Surat – Amravati Express will now also depart from Surat on Thursdays, in addition to Fridays and Sundays. This will be with effect from January 19, 2023, Ex Surat. Simultaneously, Train No. 20926 Amravati – Surat Express will now also depart from Amravati on Fridays in addition to Mondays & Saturdays. This will be with effect from January 20, 2023, Ex Amravati.
