Andheri's Revenue Office in a Shabby state

Andheri - Office of Revenue Department at Andheri's K West is in a bad state. Neither there is a facility of drinking water nor a proper toilet. Residents of almost 25 villages come to this office for income certificate, caste certificate,buying selling land work. The toilet which is there in a shabby state can lead to various diseases. When Mumbai Live tried contacting revenue officer Subhash Kakde, he was not available.
