Lawyers federation from Bandra, Andheri. Dhindoshi and Borivali courts took out a protest on 29 March against the accused policemen for slapping their member, Dilip Gupta.
Lawyers came down on road, shouting slogans against the accused police demanded action against the inspector who assaulted the lawyer. Lawyers said that they had abstained themselves from work showing their protest against the accused police officer. They said that they had asked the court to adjourn today's case for a day as they had penned down for the day.
