BMC installed high intensity bulb in Nanepada Mulund (east) have gone defunct for past many days. There is no source of light for the residents, it's getting very problematic for locals to walk in night. 'Was BMC only responisble for installation of the bulb' ? 'Who will keep a watch over fused bulbs' ? Types of questions raised by locals when reported.
