10-year-old Sia Gupta releases her book 'Tales in Rhyme'

Om Books International celebrated the launch of Tales In Rhyme on May 5. The series was launched by Shri Amitabh Kant, CEO Niti Aayog along with Theatre personalities Lushin Dubey and Bubbles Sabharwal. The editor Amrita Varma and 9-year-old author Sia Gupta shared their experiences of bringing the books to life with Emcee Aleem Siddiqui and the audience. 

The author Sia Gupta is a bright and talented 10-year old girl from New Delhi, India with special interests in English and Mathematics. She has been writing poetry since the age of 8 and wrote the series of “Tales in Rhyme” at the age of 9. She is a voracious reader and enjoys a wide variety of books.

The series invite the young readers to indulge in a world where delightful characters bring to you the world of classic, never-forgotten tales.

The series include:
Tales in Rhyme Cinderella
Tales in Rhyme Beauty and the Beast
Tales in Rhyme Aladdin and the Magic Lamp
Tales in Rhyme Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs 


Amitabh Kant, CEO Niti Aayog said, 

I have known Sia and her family for a very long time and I wish the young author all the success in her life. He also emphasize that children today are passionate and have an innate ability to do good.

Ajay Mago, Publisher, Om Books International, talks about the book and the author's talent, saying,

Sia is the youngest author at Om Books International, and that in itself speaks of her exceptional talent and way with words. Tales in Rhymes is an interesting way of teaching popular tales and the art of rhyme to little children, and Sia accomplishes that very well.  And she is already brimming with new ideas for books.
