It has become clear that the organisations mainly 'Vishwa Hindu Parishad' and 'Bajrang Dal', which were leading the protests, have decided not to oppose this film in Gujarat. Ashok Rawal, head of Gujarat's 'Vishwa Hindu Parishad', has issued an official statement in this regard. He has appreciated the Censor Board for suggesting this film change, and has now decided to leave it up to the audience to watch the film or not.

Ashok Rawal said, “It's a good thing that the Censor Board has removed the obscene scenes and words from the film after Bajrang Dal protested it. I congratulate the activists and the Hindu community who are fighting for the protection of religion and culture.”
The film has smashed all the records with respect to advance bookings. Along with Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, Dimple Kapadia, Ashutosh Rana will be seen in an important roles.
