On one hand, where many in the world, are rooting for Ananya Panday, there is a group which is keen on watching Tara Sutaria, who is all set to debut in Dharma Productions' upcoming release, Student of the Year 2. She has been a part of TV shows on Disney, as a child artist in 2010, and with this film, is excited to kickstart her film journey.

In an interaction with the media, Tara shares her thoughts on her co-stars, debut and other aspects. The chat started by understanding what she feels about her launch with a reputed production house and if there is any pressure involved, to which she quickly answered, "IMany have asked this and I have given it a thought. It never felt pressure from the team or ex-students. But since this is a highly anticipated film from Dharma, expectations will naturally be quite high. We are very nervous and anxious because we have put a year of hard work in it. Talking about my debut, I'm lucky to be a part of this film. It's everything one would think Dharma launch would be like - surreal and magical. Every day at the set felt like a holiday and it was wonderful."

She will share the screen space with Ananya Panday, who has already impressed many, with her glimpse from the trailer. On being asked about working with another debutant 'star kid' on the set, she said, "I was comfortable sharing the workspace with Ananya. We are different in every way, but we got along like sisters. She is easy and chilled out and we helped each other with stress. In fact, I believe this is a wonderful way to debut and I wouldn't have liked it any other way. The three of us made a super team and it has been the best experience ever."

Not many actors in Bollywood get a chance to sign multiple films, before the debut. But this lady has been lucky. While her first is all set to release, Tara has already worked with Siddharth Malhotra and is all set to work opposite Ahaan Shetty in his debut. Talking about this, she said, "I was thinking about it that I have done three films already. It is surreal, where I had once thought that I would do one film and here I have completed two and all set to start my third. But this film has taught me something important, and that is to work hard. I have realised that no matter how easy or hard each scene maybe, each shot needs me to be real. Each take is the first take and I look up to Tiger for that."

Karan Johar is a guru for many actors, and he has launched few of them in Bollywood. With this film, he launches the two girls. On understand his mentoring and guidance skills, Tara added, "He was very kind, asked me what I thought, and liked what I did and told me about how the industry works. He did prepare us enough and not give a lot of information. Even today, Karan continues to be a force in our lives."

Tara Sutaria will be seen playing Mridula in this Puneet Malhotra directorial, which will hit the screens on May 10, 2019.
