The trailer of Sushant Singh Rajput and debutante Sara Ali Khan’s upcoming film, Kedarnath, was recently launched in Mumbai. The film directed by Abhishek Kapoor is based on the 2013 Uttarakhand floods and it is a love story between a Muslim boy and a Hindu girl.
Kedarnath’s teaser was released a few days back and had received appreciation from the audience. To raise the anticipation, the makers also released one song from the film, Namo Namo, featuring Sushant. The song has received more than a million views on YouTube.
Sushant also made his debut in 2013 with Abhishek Kapoor's Kai Po Che and now Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara Ali Khan is also ready to shine with her big screen debut. Abhishek Kapoor’s previous films like Rock On, Kai Po Che and Fitoor were appreciated by the audience, and the fans are now anticipating another box office hit.
Ever since the release of the trailer, the makers of Kedarnath have faced problems due to political intervention. Besides this, differences Abhishek and Prernaa Arora (former co-producer) also bothered the schedule
Kedarnath was earlier expected to release on November 30 but will now hit the screens on December 7, 2018.
