Filmmaker Luv Ranjan, with his previous films like Pyaar ka Punchnama, Sonu Ke Titu ki Sweety and others has made us laugh out loud. His work, previously catering to the youth, has impressed the audience and now with an aim to win hearts again, Luv is back (as a producer) with 'Malang' which stars Aditya Roy Kapoor and Disha Patani in lead roles.
Aditya Roy Kapoor who was appreciated for his work in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Kalank, Guzaarish, Aashiqui 2 and other films will be seen alongside Disha Patani, for the first time. Directed by Mohit Suri, Malang is a romantic action film which also stars Anil Kapoor and Kunal Kemmu in pivotal roles.
The trailer of the film was recently launched at an event in Mumbai. Present at the launch was the cast of the film along with the members from the production house. The screenplay of the film is written by Aniruddha Guha and the songs are composed by many popular names in the music industry.
Malang has been shot in Goa and Mauritius and the film see Mohit Suri and Aditya Roy Kapur collaborating for the second time after Aashiqui 2. The makers also released a series of posters before the trailer launch to reveal the characters and promote the film to the best.
Jointly produced by Luv Ranjan, Ankur Garg, Bhushan Kumar (T-Series), Krishan Kumar and Jay Shewakraman, Malang will release on February 7, 2020.
