Producer and real-estate magnet Anand Pandit has been in the news not just for his films like 'Chehre' but also for the many exquisite properties he has developed and sold to an array of high-profile clientele including Bollywood actors such as Amitabh Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan, Ajay Devgn, Rajkummar Rao, and counting. Not too long ago, Rao's stunning home that he had bought from Pandit's company was being profiled by design portals and now he is once again expanding his real estate portfolio.
This time, he has bought a sprawling triplex from Janhvi Kapoor, another one of Anand Pandit's well-known clients. The Juju apartment that Kapoor had bought in 2020 for over INR 39 crore has now been snapped by Rao for INR 44 crore. This luxurious property named Lotus Araya has been developed by Pandit and is much in demand for its world-class features.
