After sharing the posters of Marjaavaan on social media, the makers of the film at Emmay Entertainment today released the trailer of the upcoming film starring Sidharth Malhotra, Tara Sutaria and Riteish Deshmukh. The film is directed by Milap Zaveri and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Divya Khosla Kumar, Krishan Kumar (T-Series) and Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani and Nikkhil Advani (Emmay Entertainment).
The trailer shows Sidharth Malhotra as a angry young man with a lot of anger in his eyes, until he comes across Tara Sutaria, who becomes the love of his life. Riteish Deshmukh is seen in a negative character as a dwarf, who only aims at separating the lovers.
Not a lot about the film is revealed through the trailer, but it is evident that director Milap Zaveri was keen on including punch dialogues, over the top action sequences and soulful music. As per previous news reports, it is said that Sidharth has performed the stunt himself. "The stunt team wanted to shoot with a body double because Sidharth's back and shoulder would be on fire but he was adamant on doing the scene himself to make it look authentic and stay true to his character," mentioned a daily.
Popular names like Tanishk Bagchi, Meet Bros and Payal Dev have given the music of the film and the lyrics are penned by Kumaar, Tanishk Bagchi, Kunaal Verma and Manoj Muntashir.
Marjaavaan will release on November 8, 2019.
