There was a time when real estate was considered to be a safe investment option. While most businesses have been impacted due to coronavirus, there has been a ripple effect on the real estate market as well. There was a significant impact on Bollywood as well since no movie has had a theatrical release since March 2020.
Despite all this, Hrithik Roshan has dolled out almost INR 100 crore for a sea-facing apartment in Mumbai. There are actually two apartments that are spread across 38,000 sq ft. It is location on Juhu-Versova Link Road. Jr Roshan would be buying three floors of the said apartments. One of the two apartments is a penthouse and Hrithik is likely to integrate this one with the other. He will also be getting 10 parking slot in the building along with these apartments.
It is said that Hrithik had finalised the purchase of the property about a month ago and the paperwork was done on Thursday.
The year 2019 had been great for Hrithik with both his movies, War and Super 30 doing well at the box office. He is now gearing up for the next movie in his super-hero Krrish series. It is said that he along with his father, Rakesh Roshan who was the director of all the movies in this franchise are working on the script. As per grapevine, Hrithik may play four roles in the upcoming movie. However, these reports were denied by Rakesh Roshan in an interview.
