Hanuman Chowk (Mulund) - Everyone has felt the tremors of a big shock given by prime minister Narendra Modi by cancelling the currency notes of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 denominations. Many are trying to devise tricks to get the rid of these currency notes. An unidentified person called up a jewellery shop owner, Suhas Khamkar, here and told him that he possesses these notes worth Rs 1.20 lakh and he wants to buy gold from him. Khamkar refused to entertain the request of his prospective customer and cut the phone. This shows that people with black money are now getting desperate to use their ill-gotten money into the mainstream.
