Aside of solving cases, another issue that the administration of the Borivali Court should be solving is the ever dirty toilet. Turns out, because of the choked sewage line, the toilet of Borivali Court is always brimming up with dirty water. This issue was brought to the notice of the Public Works Department by the Advocates Bar Association and requested to attend to the issue immediately.
The court situated in the Borivali West gets cases from 16 police stations of Borivali on a daily basis. Moreover, the court is frequented daily by hundreds of people. The toilet is situated right in front of court number 27 which is always stinking because of brimming with dirty water. Hence, Rajesh Morey, the president of the Borivali Court Advocates Bar Association has written to the engineer of PWD and has asked to get the sewage line repaired at the earliest.
