After Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray alleged that the dargah in Mahim's sea was unauthorized, now the Mumbai Police Commissioner has taken notice of it. Mumbai Police Commissioner Vivek Phansalkar has ordered the Additional Commissioner of Police to inspect this dargah in Mahim and report on it.


The Mumbai Police Commissioner has ordered the Additional Commissioner to conduct an inspection. If this dargah is unauthorized then the detailed information will be given to the Mumbai Municipal Commissioner. After that, it is reported that the Municipal Commissioner will take action on this.


Raj Thackeray announced that if action is not taken against this dargah in one month, then he will build the biggest temple of Lord Ganesha next to it. Since then, the security at Mahim beach has been increased.


Raj Thackeray had shown a video in his Gudi Padwa Mela alleging that an unauthorized dargah had been set up in Mahim's sea. He announced that if this dargah is not removed, he will build the biggest temple of Ganpati next to it. He also appealed to the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister, Police Commissioner and Municipal Commissioner to remove this dargah.


After this allegation of Raj Thackeray, now the political as well as administrative circles are moving fast. Shiv Sena Shinde faction MLA Sada Saravankar is going to inspect this dargah in the sea of Mahim on Thursday. Also, as a precautionary measure, Mumbai Police has increased security at Mahim beach.
