Ghatkopar - Municipal corporation's officers from N/ ward initiated demolition drive on Tuesday. This was carried out in connection with road widening of Jungleshwar road connecting Sakinaka - Khairani road towards Ghatkopar. Commuters faced a lot of problems from past many years. This has caused traffic congestion several times. BMC is allocating them shops in Mumbai suburbs, but they want it in their area. 15 shops were demolished by the BMC workers in this act.
