Bhaijaan has made it to the headlines again, this time for his NGO ‘Being Human’. Salman Khan’s Being Human Foundation will be blacklisted by the BMC for not setting up concessional dialysis units in Bandra. BMC has issued a notice to the foundation and has also forfeited the NGO’s deposit.

In 2016, BMC had planned to open Dialysis Center in 12 places under Public-Private Partnership (PPP). In these 12 places, 199 dialysis centers were planned. The plan was to open one at the place of St. John's Allied Co-operative Housing Society of Bandra. But construction work on this site has not been started since 2016 after the institution's election. Salman's NGO had decided to reach people with Dialysis Services at 339.50, which is 3% less than BMC Hospital.

BMC Executive Health Officer Padmaja Keskar says that the Being Human Society has not structured the Dialysis center in the given time. Reminders were given to the organization several times for this construction work, but they did not pay any heed. The institution would be put in the blacklist process according to the rules.
