Malabar Hill - BMC has sent a notice to the ‘Malabar Hill Citizens Forum’ for taking over the Priyadarshani Park for commercial reasons. This notice was sent to the forum for violating the rules and regulations. Malabar Hill has a area of 65,000 sq feet which belongs to BMC. However, the forum has built an illegal shade without BMC’s permission. This is used by the forum for their meetings. Meanwhile, the forum has filed a petition to squash the case, filed by BMC, in High Court.
