The scope for improvement for the area of Kalina is too much as the need for high-end facilities in terms of development still exists. Hence, to accomplish this goal, the ALM, formed a panel by the name of Kalina Village Association in the year 2000.
This panel was formed so as to provide the residents of this area with amenities that will improve their quality of life and make the structure of the area well-maintained, but till now the residents of the society are facing a lot of issues.
Moreover, the area is lacking a functional fire extinguishing system, hence, considering the structure of this area, if at all the area catches fire, the losses that will be incurred will be irreparable.
