Charni Road - Destitutes have encroached the footpath on Charni Road made for the pedestrians. They not only live on the footpath, but carry out their business too. They make garland sitting on the footpath jamming the area. Pedestrians are facing a lot of trouble as high speed vehicles dash off. Even the Hinduja college students are facing a problem because of homeless people. Commuter Divish Jain told to Mumbai Live," We have complained to police in this regard, but no action has been undertaken."
