IPCA organises Dengue Awareness Camp

A public awareness camp was organised in the Meenatai garden of Andheri on behalf of the Pest Control Association to give information about how to defend Dengue, Malaria and Chikungunya during rain. In this camp, IPCA President Raju Parulekar and IPCA member Dhanraj Bindale told the people how many diseases spread during the monsoon and how people get ill by coming into their grip. Not only this, people were also told about the symptoms of seasonal diseases and ways to combat them.

Indian Pest Control Association has been working to make people aware about diseases like malaria, dengue, chikungunya and Zika virus in India for the past 50 years.

 At the same time, this association is running a public awareness campaign by informing people about the breeding of mosquitoes in the areas where water is accumulated. Therefore, the association on every Sunday organises such informative camp at various places in the city.
