Recently, Ola and Uber (cab aggregator services) taxi drivers have temporarily backed out from their 12-day long strike, giving respite to Mumbaikars. However, now Mumbaikars might have to go through a harrowing experience all over again as kaali peeli taxi drivers have planned to protest.

Drivers are planning to stage a protest demanding renewal of their permits. They will be protesting outside Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis’ bungalow on November 15, 2018. Because of this, no kaali peeli taxis will run on the said day.
