All other sub-divisional officers, Tehsildars, Naib Tehsildars under the guidance of Collector Ashok Shingare, Dhule Additional Collector Manisha Jaibhaye, Resident Sub-Collector Sudam Pardeshi, Sub-Collector (General Administration) Gopinath Thombare will prepare a list of the inspected documents. And revenue officials are working on war footing. In this regard, Collector Ashok Shingare is keeping an eye on this work.


Additional Chief Secretary level officers have also been appointed at the ministry level to coordinate this work across the state. The jurisdiction of the committee headed by retired judge Sandeep Shinde has now been extended to the entire state. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has also directed that District Collectors should take action on war footing and provide necessary information for empirical data to the Backward Classes Commission within a month.

The state government is taking serious action regarding giving reservation to the Maratha community. In the remaining districts, including Marathwada, collectors should conduct operations on war footing to check Kunbi records, providing an officer of Sub-Collector rank and staff under their control. The Chief Minister has directed them to immediately provide the necessary manpower and equipment. At the ministry level, Additional Chief Secretary Nitin Gadre, Principal Secretary of the Chief Minister's Office Vikas Kharge, at the divisional level the Divisional Commissioner and at the district level the Collector are controlling it.


The cadre of the committee, headed by retired judge Shinde, has been expanded across the state and the Chief Minister has said that the way records were examined in Marathwada, the same process should be implemented across the state. The Chief Minister has also said that the process of granting Kunbi Maratha, Maratha Kunbi certificates based on the evidence recommended by the Shinde Committee in Marathwada should be expedited and the district officials, tehsildars and officials and staff of the Caste Registration Committee should be trained. Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics and Indian Institute of Population Studies are being assisted in collecting "empirical data".
