Millions of passengers travel on the Central Railway every day. Many measures and campaigns are implemented by Central Railway to plan this rush. In this, the campaign 'My Left is My Right..' was started by the Railway Security Force of Central Railway. But it seems that Central Railway has forgotten about this campaign. While Dadar station of Central Railway must have a left-side ascending escalator, there is a right-side ascending escalator, according to the report by Loksatta. Due to this, there is confusion among the passengers and there is a fear of a major accident in the future.

The Railway Security Force (RPF) department of Central Railway launched the biggest awareness campaign 'My Left is My Right- Please Keep Left' from July 2019. From which passengers are urged to walk on the left side over the pedestrian bridge, the escalator. Use the left side when boarding and alighting in local, using railway gates, use left side when boarding and alighting stairs, escalators and footbridges. Central Railway has made an appeal so that incidents of stampede and theft can be avoided.

Meanwhile, as a rule, while there are two escalators on the platform, passengers alight by the right-hand escalator. Passengers climb the escalator on the left side. But the design of the escalators on platforms three and four of Dadar station on the Central Railway, one of the busiest stations, is flawed.
