Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray booth agent Manohar Nalge died tragically at the polling station on Monday. Nalge was working as a polling agent at the polling booth in Mhaskar Udyan of BDD Chawl No. 20 at Delisle Road. After Nalge started feeling unwell, he was admitted to KEM Hospital. But there the doctors declared him dead before admission.
Nalge was found unconscious in the toilet
Manohar Nalge was 62 years old and lived near Mhaskar Udyan in BDD Chawl on NM Joshi Marg, Delaid Road, Mumbai.
Uddhav Thackeray MLA Sunil Shinde visited KEM Hospital after Nalge's death. "Manohar Nalge died at the polling booth. It was 10 minutes before six. Nalge went to the washroom. But he never came back. The polling booth agent needs to be signed while closing the ballot box. That's when we started searching for Nalge. He was found unconscious in the toilet. He was taken to the hospital but doctors declared him dead," said Shinde.

Aditya Thackeray has also condoled the death of Nalge on his X account. "It is learned that loyal Shiv Sainik Manohar Nalgeji died of cardiac arrest while working at a polling booth in Mumbai today. Nalgeji was working as a polling agent at the polling booth in Mhaskar Udya, BDD Chawl No. 20, Delisle Road. This news was very shocking. Heartfelt tributes to Manohar Nalgeji, Aditya said.
