The post aimed to raise awareness among Mumbai residents to ensure safe and responsible driving to avoid any sort of accident or mishap amid incessant rain.

• Ensure the horn is functional for emergency situations
• Clean and check the car’s ventilation system
• Park away from trees to avoid falling branches on vehicles
• Check and replace the car’s air filters as needed
• Regularly inspect and renew windshield wiper blades
• Monitor and maintain the car’s exhaust system for efficiency
• Monitor and adjust tyre pressure regularly
• Use headlights in heavy rain for better visibility
• Maintain a safe distance from other vehicles
• Avoid sudden braking or acceleration
• Prevent corrosion by maintaining the car’s underbody
