After a dry spell, Rains are back in Mumbai since Monday. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a warning saying that there is a possibility of heavy rains in Mumbai and surrounding areas. Due to the incessant rains, there is a possibility of flooding in low lying areas.
