Attention! No water supply in some parts of Thane city

As the 450mm and 300mm diameter water channels are getting affected under the work of concreting the road from Children Traffic Park to New Horizon School at Anand Nagar in Thane Municipal Corporation area, they will be relocated. Water supply to some parts of the city has been shut off for 24 hours as the work of shifting the said water channels will continue from tomorrow Tuesday 09/01/2024 at 11:00 am to Wednesday 10/01/2024 at 11:00 am.

During the said shutdown period, Kasarvadvali Village (parts) at Ghodbunder Road Anand Nagar, Everest World Complex, Yash Raj Park Complex, Horizon Height Complex, Krishna Green Land Park Complex, Vijay Park Complex, Housing Complex in Ram Mandir Road area, Bhawaninagar and Unnati Wood Complex on Trophic Park Jalakumbhar, Tropical Lagoon Complex Vijay Vilas Complex and Waghbil Old Village and Swastik Residency Complex and Hill Spring Complex Service Road to Kasarvadavali Naka Service Road Adjacent area etc. Water supply to the areas will be completely shut off for 24 hours. Citizens should please note that water supply will be at low pressure for the next 1 to 2 days after the water supply starts.

The municipality has appealed to the citizens to cooperate with the Thane Municipal Corporation by using water sparingly during the said water reduction period.
