In the Thane Municipal Corporation area, water is supplied through the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation in Mumbra, Diva, Kalwa, Majiwada, Manpada and Wagle (in some areas) Ward Committee.
There will be no water supply for 24 hours starting from 12:00 pm on Friday, May 12 to Saturday, May 13 until 12.00 pm due to urgent work of commissioning of newly laid gravity channels under this water supply scheme.

During this period, there will be no water supply for 24 hours in all areas including Diva, Mumbra and Kalwa Ward committee that come under Thane Municipal Corporation.
Along with this, water will be shut off for 24 hours in Rupa Devi Pada, Kisan Nagar No. 2, Nehrunagar that falls under Wagle Ward committee and Kolshet Khalcha village that comes under Manpada Ward Committee.
Citizens please note that water supply will be at low pressure for the next 1 to 2 days after the water supply starts on Saturday. However, the municipal administration has appealed to the citizens to use water sparingly and wisely.
