Dahisar- Citizens noticed an open electric junction box near a culvert on the banks of the Dahisar river at Dahisar West.
The Junction box is operational with connections and an electric meter. Surprisingly no one knows about the owner of this junction box and why has it been installed. Many children often play around in this area, and this open junction box is an invitation to accidents as any of the kids may just happen to unintentionally touch the live wires.
Who will be responsible in case of any accident or casualty??
