The lottery was held in 2016 for 2,417 houses in Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority's (MMRDA) leased housing project in Kon, Panvel. However, due to the seizure of these houses by the Raigad District Collectors for isolation during the Corona period, after the delay in returning these houses, the disrepair of the houses during the Corona period and finally the dispute over the repair of these houses, the possession was halted. But now, 500 winners who have paid 100 percent of the house will get possession of the houses.
