Chembur Naka - Part of the RC road at Chembur Naka continues to have paver blocks in between the cement. These paver blocks have come off and have become death traps for motorists.
Local shopkeeper Ravi Gaikwad has been witness to regular accidents of two wheeler's due to these uprooted paver blocks.
These damages parts of the roads lead to regular traffic snarls apart from noise pollution.
As usual regular complaints to local authorities have resulted in nothing but disappointment.
With the upcoming local body elections, residents have become vocal about this issue in their area and have demanded that these paver blocks be replaced with cement roads.
