Earlier, the President of India arrived at the CSMI airport in Mumbai. The President was welcomed by Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. A Guard of Honour was presented to the President by the Armed Forces.
The President will be visiting the Siddhivinayak Mandir in the afternoon. A civic reception has been organised by the Government of Maharashtra in honour of the President at Raj Bhavan at 6.45 pm.
The President will visit 'Kranti Gatha: Underground The Gallery of Revolutionaries' created inside the British - era Bunker at Raj Bhavan on Friday morning. The President will visit the Shirdi Sai Baba Temple in the afternoon from where she will depart.
