Wadala - The stray dogs, patronised by a lady residing in Kiran Co-operative Housing Society on Shaikh Mistry Road, are causing a great inconvenience to the people residing in the neighbourhood. According to information, a woman named Krishna Arjun who runs an NGO, resides as a tenant in the aforesaid building. This woman has given a shelter to around 50 stray dogs at the entrance of the building. The hut-like shelter is being built in the garden area which has been causing problems for the senior citizens and children. Things have turned so terrorising that even postman, milkman, cable persons, plumber etc need to enter the society taking a stick in their hand. A local resident informed that the woman who is related to a Delhi-based animal NGO has no license to rear stray dogs and she registers false complaints against local residents if they make complaints to her about the dogs.
