Making a Difference and Mumbai First started off with an initiative wherein all the railway stations are getting facelifted. Under the initiative Hamara Station, Hamari Shaan a cleanliness drive is carried out at the stations.
The next station on the card is Ghatkopar. A team of 150 people including college students, corporate officers and employees are associated with the movement.
Different paintings were drawn on the walls of the stations such as patriotism, environment and education, save the girl and save water. The team is getting very good response from the commuters. Nobody is spitting tobacco or pan masala on the station.
