On August 31, 2018, a truck toppled near Vidyavihar’s ticket counter around 12:00 pm where 5-6 people were injured. According to the police officials, the truck driver lost his control and the vehicle toppled.

It is believed that the driver lost his control as the truck was ferrying goods more than its capacity and it hit the wall. During the incident, along with the driver, four others were present.
The firefighting team, police, and NDRF team reached the spot and rescue work is now in progress.
