Kandivali - Corruption is authority plus monopoly minus transparency. A scam in the post office located in western suburbs, Kandivali of the city has been exposed. Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Akhilesh Yadav, Uncle Ramgopal Yadav, BJP Leader Ram Kadam, Former State's home Minister R R Patil and Former Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar work as the delivery boy or mailman in this post office and the extension to this surprise is that they are paid the monthly salary of Rs 7,000.
The man who fought the corruption has also been roped in this scam, he is none other than Anna Hazare. The administration in the post office misused these names and was carrying on their corruption. Employees were hired on contract and their names were changed. On the letters of Senior Supervisor, it was made loud and clear that mailman have to work under the false identity or else they will be fired from the job.
