Who is responsible for the bad roads?

Chembur- Residents of Shell colony are suffering from respiratory disorders, thanks to a developer’s negligent repair work.

For the last two years, a private builder is busy with repair works on one of the dilapidated buildings. Cement laden trucks visit here on a daily basis and this is causing problems to the residents, who have to face broken gutters and bad roads. “The developer is least bothered about the residents' problems,” complains Nitin Nandgaonkar, a local resident. They have written a letter to the BMC commissioner seeking action against the developer.
