Mumbai Local News: "These" Trains To Be Affected On May 31-June 1

To facilitate the Dismantling of Elevated Booking Office at Kandivali Yard, a major block of 36 hours will be undertaken o­n the 5th line and yard lines from 1 pm o­n Saturday, May 31, 2025, to 01:00 hrs in the intervening night of Sunday/Monday, i.e. June 1-2, 2025.

According to a press release issued by Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway (WR), Vineet Abhishek during the block, suburban and mail express trains will be run o­n Fast Line. Details of affected trains are as under:

Short Termination/Origination/Partially cancellation of trains:

1.Train No. 19418 Ahmedabad – Borivali Express journey commencing o­n 30^th & 31^st May, 2025 will short terminate at Vasai Road. Hence, this train will be partially cancelled between Vasai Road and Borivali.

2.Train No. 19425 Borivali – Nandurbar Express journey commencing o­n 31^st May & 01^st June, 2025 will short originate from Bhayandar. Hence, this train will be partially cancelled between Borivali and Bhayandar.

3.Train No. 19426 Nandurbar – Borivali Express journey commencing o­n 31^st May, 2025 will short terminate at Vasai Road. Hence, this train will be partially cancelled between Vasai Road and Borivali.

4.Train No. 19417 Borivali – Ahmedabad Express journey commencing o­n 01^st June, 2025 will short originate from Vasai Road. Hence, this train will be partially cancelled between Borivali and Vasai Road.

Due to this block, few suburban trains will be affected and will be cancelled. List of trains cancelled on May 31, 2025 is enclosed as Annexure I.  While, list of trains cancelled o­n 01^st June, 2025 is enclosed as Annexure II. Detailed information to this effect is available with concerned Station Masters. Passengers are requested to please take note of the above arrangements.
