The much awaited iB Cricket Super Over League is all set to commence from March 15 onwards. The first match will witness a face-off between legendary players, Virender Sehwag and Brendon McCullum, making a grand opening of the tournament.
However, the league will be a virtual reality tournament and will excite the viewers with this new format of virtual cricket.
It is a first-of-its-kind Virtual Reality Cricket tournament where 12 prominent International cricketers (like Virender Sehwag, Suresh Raina, Herschelle Gibbs, McCullum etc.) compete against each other in iB Cricket. The players are divided into 4 teams who'll compete for the League Trophy.
Starting from March 15, the league will be streamed on video streaming platform, Viu.
Blue Blasters: Sehwag, Shubman Gill, and Mohammed Kaif
Orange Chargers: VVS Laxman, Prithvi Shaw, and Andre Russel
Yellow Strikers: Suresh Raina, Chris Lynn, and Brendon Mc Cullum
Black Thunders: Harbhajan Singh, Herschelle Gibbs, and Tillakaratne Dilshan
