Low blood pressure can be fatal
People with low blood pressure (below 90) are not always at risk of death, but if there is a sudden or severe drop, it can be life-threatening, doctors said.
Low blood pressure (low BP), also known as hypotension, can have a variety of effects on the body. When blood pressure drops too low, the brain, heart, and other organs do not receive enough blood flow. The blood pressure in the body drops so low that the blood supply to the brain, heart, and kidneys stops.
